2. Select your dates and time for delivery and pickup.
We have easy delivery to your door and pickup when you're ready to leave. Our delivery/pickup times are from 7am-8:30am and 6:30pm-8:00pm so there is always a convenient time for you. To protect your purchase, our concierge team will only leave the rental with the person on the reservation. If we have to re-deliver, there is a $9.99 fee for that extra trip. We ALWAYS clean our items with plant-based, non-fragranced supplies before and after EVERY rental, so be assured you are getting the cleanest rental on the beach!
3.Pay for your reservation.
We accept major credit cards and Paypal. There is a deposit of $50 that is required for each reservation. The deposit is released after the items are returned undamaged. The amount of time that it takes to be released is according to your bank's procedure and is not in our control. We will release the hold within 24hrs of the item being returned.
4. Sit back, relax and make memories!
Our concierge team is ready to deliver a package that will enhance your vacation and give you peace of mind. Whether this is an annual family vacation, a Spring Break trip, a bachelorette/bachelor party weekend, or a coastal grandma with the grandkids trip, we have everything you need! Frequently asked Questions
- Can you set my equipment up for me?
We can deliver all packages directly to you at your resort or rental. Unfortunately, the city does not allow any commercial business on the beach unless they are awarded a franchise agreement. We will be applying on the next award cycle.
- When can I expect my delivery?
We have conveinent timeframes to select from in the morning and early evening. Just select the timeframe that works with your schedule and we will deliver to your door. Please know that you must physically be at the delivery location to take possession. We do not leave product at hotel desks or people other than the renter.
- What if my vacation gets canceled or cut short?
We allow cancellation requests up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery time. We do not honor refunds after the cancellation period has passed.
- What areas do you deliver to?
Our concierge team delivers to Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach and Murrells Inlet. All locations must be within 5 miles of the ocean. Not sure where you are staying? Send us a message of your resort and we'll get it figured out! Please keep in mind that each city has it's own set of rules on tents and cabanas.
